Our goal is for you to be happy with Dads Questions. If something goes wrong, follow these refund rules.
1. Refunds
- For new subscriptions: full refund within 14 days of payment.
- For renewals: refund the unused period after contacting support.
- Upgrades or one-time PDF purchases are non-refundable after download.
2. How to request
- Email contact@dadsquestions.app from your account email.
- Provide the payment ID or receipt and briefly describe the reason.
- The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
3. Canceling subscription
- You can cancel anytime in account settings.
- Access stays active until the end of the paid period.
