Refund Policy

Our goal is for you to be happy with Dads Questions. If something goes wrong, follow these refund rules.

1. Refunds

  • For new subscriptions: full refund within 14 days of payment.
  • For renewals: refund the unused period after contacting support.
  • Upgrades or one-time PDF purchases are non-refundable after download.

2. How to request

  1. Email contact@dadsquestions.app from your account email.
  2. Provide the payment ID or receipt and briefly describe the reason.
  3. The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

3. Canceling subscription

  • You can cancel anytime in account settings.
  • Access stays active until the end of the paid period.

4. Policy changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page.
